Training and Placement is an important and necessary part of a developed and competitive institution, which is recognized as one of the most important department of organized running pharmacy institution. There exists a Training and Placement Cell at GISIPS for the benefit of the students. The Training & Placement Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to diploma, graduate and post-graduate students to secure employment in multi-national companies and other reputed organizations, hospitals and industries.

Placement Cell prepares a strategy for its students for training & placement with the primary aim to find a suitable & lucrative job in reputed companies. The placement cell has an excellent placement record and most of the students have their careers started out well before they complete diploma, graduation and post-graduation. The placement cell is committed to develop dynamism, strong human values, technocratic and good leadership qualities in all our students.

Students have been successfully placed in various departments (Production, R&D, F&D, DRA) of various MNCs such as Sun Pharma, Jubilant Life sciences, Abbot Pharma, Novartis as well as large group of hospitals (Max health care, Fortis). In the 2019 - 20 batch, 14 students have been placed in Max Healthcare, 2 students in McLeod Pharmaceuticals and more companies shall be visiting the campus once the results are declared. The highest package of B. Pharm in 2019 was Rs 3.55 lakhs per annum. The college has the collaboration with Max health care, Dehradun for D. Pharm and B. Pharm training
